I like to travel. I enjoy seeing new things and meeting new people. But when the adventure is over I really enjoy coming home to a homey home.

I don't mind getting my hands dirty once in a while and making sure my house is in good shape. It's my home and I can put my own style into it. I don't have to get permission if I want to change something or fix something. I'm the boss. This place belongs to me. I can fix it up just they way I like it. I can feel comfortable in my own home.

I'm not just giving a monthly rental payment to a landlord. I'm making a payment on my mortgage. I'm building up equity in my house and the interest is tax deductible.
